Vitish has over 20 years International experience in Business, Procurement, Contract Management, Compliance Management, Facilities Management, and Hospitality Management.
Vitish has worked in the aged care sector for over 12 years, including supporting sanctioned services to regain full compliance. Vitish successful work in this role highlights his excellent understanding of the aged care regulatory environment. He has significant experience in identifying shortfalls and developing and implementing responses to these shortfalls. With his hospitality experience, Vitish brings a strong customer focus, and a service sensibility, to the work of aged care providers.
Vitish’s work for improving food in Aged Care using Molecular Gastronomy technique has been awarded the Better Practice Commendation Award 2017 by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency and Innovation in Service Award by ACS SA & NT.

Philomena Mitolo

Philomena has over 40 years of experience in aged care in various roles in education, quality and leisure. In the past 18 years Philomena worked for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission in quality, education and regulatory performance as a senior quality surveyor, education coordinator and assistant director of operations with extensive knowledge and service intelligence of aged care residential services and the identification of potential risks.
In holding the position of Education coordinator for 14 years, Philomena has developed and written training material for the Quality Commission to train Quality surveyors in relation to the assessment methodology used by the Quality Commission. Philomena has also developed various Accreditation and Quality Reviews training for the aged care sector. Philomena’s approach to teaching is innovative with the ability to tailor the information to the audience.
